TDA’s has three facilities with a total area of 76,000 ft2 with research and pilot plant production space.
Their original, 22,500 ft2, Wheat Ridge, CO facility includes offices, a 5,000-ft2 wet chemical laboratory, 4,000 ft2 of general dry laboratories, and a 3,500-ft2 high bay experimental facility.
They have two Golden facilities (three miles to the west) contain an additional 53,500ft2 and house process development and synthesis projects and pilot plant production area. It contains 33 hoods, extensive wet lab and bench top space, mechanical and electrical laboratories, and sorbent and catalyst manufacturing equipment.
Their facilities provide the machining and electronic facilities needed to build up and support development and small scale production. TDA has extensive analytical and materials characterization equipment, as well as a wide variety of automated equipment built in-house for testing catalysts and sorbents.
