Scott Kegerreis, now "President" at Recruiting Firm Riderflex.

I’m thrilled to share this news with everyone.

As President & CRO for Recruiting Firm Riderflex, Scott will continue to champion sales activities while also overseeing daily tactical operations of the company. This will include the authority to make any level of decisions for the organization as needed. It will free me up further as Founder and CEO to work on strategic alliances, relationships, and networking activities.

It’s a blessing and honor to work with Scott on a daily basis. I can’t stress enough to anyone reading this. Select Co-Founders that you know and people you get along with outside of daily work activities. Someone you can share just about anything with and that you’d trust with your family. Be sure they match your work ethic, but also ensure you can have fun with them while building the company and pushing through the struggles and daily victories.

Without Scott, the company wouldn’t have reached multi-million-dollar status. As a Co-Founder, he has taken many personal risks to help build Riderflex and I will forever be grateful for the sacrifices he made to join me on this journey.
