Maxine McCollister is an administrative professional with 20+ years of experience in administration, business operations, and customer support. She has worked as a collaborative leader and teammate with the ability to work in diverse industries and she always takes a positive approach in all that she does. In addition to her positive mindset, extensive experience, and leadership skills she is a detailed, analytical, and insightful problem solver, with a deep respect for privacy and client confidentiality.
As the Office Administrator, Maxine will assist in the daily operations of the organization, including human capital budgeting, and facility management. She will work closely with the Operations Manager to document training standards, assist in the onboarding of the site’s workforce and support the implementation of various policies and procedures.
