Rachel has a psychology degree from Northwestern State University where she played D1 college volleyball. She brings over a decade of operational recruiting experience in Real Estate originating from Austin, Texas. After dedicating herself to the growth of several Real Estate businesses, she entered full time into the world of recruiting & consulting, building teams all over the country. She enjoys networking and bringing people together to form successful working relationships. Rachel and her husband Evan, have a son, daughter, and Labrador as a part of their growing family. With the desire to be closer to extended family, they moved to Colorado and are enjoying the beautiful weather & mountains since they enjoy hiking, fishing, and camping. Rachel is also active in playing competitive beach volleyball in her free time.
