Jonathan comes to Riderflex as an industrial engineer with a MBA and 12 years of experience in Marketing and Strategy. He worked for more than 8 years as a Commercial Planning Manager for a steel manufacturing company in Latin America and the United States. Jonathan had his first touch with the HR world in 2013 working as a Compensation Analyst.

In his free time, he loves cycling, soccer, music and a great Colombian coffee. You can often find him working from a great coffee shop.
